SEPTEMBER 11TH 2010

FIRST DAY OF THE WEEKEND AFTER SCHOOL STARTED AND WE WANTED TO DO SOMETHING WE HAVE NEVER DONE, BUT ALWAYS WANTED TO VISIT ONCE WE FOUND OUT ABOUT IT.... VISIT A CLOSE BY CIDER MILL.

APPLE PICKING IS KIND OF POPULAR AROUND HERE SINCE IT IS A SEASONAL THING TO DO...
WE WENT INTO THE PRESS ROOM WHERE THEY START SEPARATING THE APPLE JUICES.

I'M GLAD THESE DIDN'T MAKE IT IN THE SELECTING PROCESS, BUT THEY ACTUALLY SMELLED REALLY GOOD...THE KIND OF TRASHCAN YOU WOULDN'T MIND WALKING BY.

THESE FALLS ARE RIGHT BEHIND THE MILL.

MARCEL WAS TOO AFRAID TO STAND BY THE LEDGE,,,I GUESS HE WAS IN ON OF THOSE MOODS.

WE WENT INSIDE THE LITTLE COUNTRY STORE AND BOUGHT PUMPKIN BUTTER SPREAD FOR THE FIRST TIME AND NOW IT IS A STAPLE ITEM IN OUR CUPBOARDS...WE ALSO BOUGHT SOME FRESH APPLE CIDER & THEIR FAMOUS APPLE DONUTS...YUMMY
TOO SOON FOR PUMPKINS BUT WE STILL LOOKED AT THEM.

AFTER WE BOUGHT OUR DONUTS AND CIDER WE WENT TO THE PARK TO ENJOY SOME MORE OF THE BEAUTIFUL DAY.
THIS IS WHAT WAS LEFT FROM THE DRIVE OVER TO THE PARK, FROM A FULL DOZEN.

STILL WANTING TO BE OUT, WE DECIDED TO TAKE A WALK AND WORK OFF THE CALORIES.

LATER ON WE DROVE THROUGH THE TOWN SQUARE AND SAW A FESTIVAL SO WE STOPPED ... WE WALKED AROUND AND THEN WE LEFT SINCE WE WERE ALREADY KINDA TIRED.
BEING SEPTEMBER 11TH I TOOK A PICTURE OF THIS BANNER THAT HANGS ON THE STREET LAMPS.

SEPTEMBER 11TH WAS A GOOD DAY IN 2010.
